The Lyndon Brett Partnership incorporating Herrtage & Plummer, is a professional practice of Chartered Surveyors, regulated by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and the Association of Valuers of Licensed Property.

Commercial Property Agency
Advising and supporting the industrial, business & service, retail and office space providers and occupiers.
Tuning into the ever changing logistical and technological advances, requirements and aspirations of the commercial client, our agency department draws upon its knowledge of the local and regional built environment and market condition to assist or negotiate in the disposal, leasing or acquisition of property.

Survey & Condition Reports
For either the commercial or residential client we provide a bespoke service of comprehensive survey and technical advice to include; pre-acquisition main elemental reports or full building surveys and defect diagnosis with advice on rectification and 'RICS Homebuyer' reports, commercial schedules of condition and dilapidation reports.

Valuation & Professional Services
Valuations for vendors and purchasers as security for loans and mortgages, for company accounts, circulars and balance sheets, alternative use or pre-acquisition advice plus insurance and reinstatement valuations.
We also provide advice on Landlord & Tenant issues to include; lease renewals and rent reviews.

Property Management
A positive, cost efficient and proactive property management service. The Lyndon Brett Partnership currently manages for clients a number of commercial and residential investments of all types and sizes.
The first point of call for both the client and the tenant we provide routine day to day management and maintenance of your property; policing of the tenants, site and fabric of the building, collection of rents and service charges while continuously reassessing your investment to suggest and implement ways to help your portfolio or single investment to perform and maximise returns. Supported by our dedicated software management programme our clients are provided with up to date statements monthly or quarterly according to their requirements.

Planning, Development, Design & Architectural Services
We offer a practical, creative and imaginative service for both the commercial and residential client.
Supported by the latest CAD technology we endeavour to understand the needs and objectives of the client's design and logistic requirements and see them through the planning process to include; planning applications and appeals, building regulations, listed building regulations, listed building consent, conservation area and local policy issues.

Complimenting our Planning, Development & Architectural Services Department we provide advice and control projects whether construction, repair, refurbishment or maintenance.
